These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.bokaglass.com (the “Site”), operated by Boka Glass LLC (“Boka Glass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Quotes and services

The Site describes our glass services and lets you request a free quote. Submitting a request does not create a contract, and information on the Site, including any pricing, timing, or availability, is general information rather than an offer. Any work we perform for you is governed by the written quote, estimate, or agreement we provide for that project, including its pricing, payment, and warranty terms. If that document conflicts with these Terms, that document controls for the project.

2. Using the Site

You agree to give us accurate information and not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose or submit information that is false or belongs to someone else;
  • interfere with the Site’s operation or security, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it;
  • use automated tools to scrape the Site or submit forms; or
  • copy or reuse the Site’s content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

3. Calls, emails, and text messages

When you submit a quote request, you authorize Boka Glass to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide about your request and our services, including by text message and by calls or messages placed using automated technology or a prerecorded voice. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Text messaging program

  • What we send. Quote follow-ups, measurement and installation scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, and, where you have agreed to them, promotional offers.
  • Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project and your interactions with us.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
  • Opting out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from that number unless you opt in again.
  • Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (385) 269-3780, or email [email protected].
  • Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the phone number you provide.
  • Privacy. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, photographs, video, graphics, and the Boka Glass name and logo, are owned by Boka Glass LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view the Site and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current. This section applies to the Site only; it does not limit any written warranty we give you for work we perform.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boka Glass LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
