Boka Glass LLC (“Boka Glass,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides window, shower, mirror, and commercial glass services along the Wasatch Front in Utah. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.bokaglass.com (the “Site”), request a quote, or contact us by phone, email, or text, and how we use and protect it.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details, such as your name, phone number, and email address.
  • Project details, such as the services you are interested in, the property address, measurements, and any photos or notes you send us.
  • Records of our communications with you, including calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Billing details needed to invoice and collect payment for work you hire us to do.

Information collected automatically

  • Campaign information. If you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, the Site keeps the campaign tags and ad click identifiers from that link (for example, UTM parameters) in your browser for the length of your visit and attaches them to your quote request, so we know which marketing brought you to us.
  • Device and log information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of each request.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We and our service providers may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to keep the Site secure, understand how visitors find and use it, and measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your quote request and questions.
  • To schedule measurements and installations and to carry out the work you hire us to do.
  • To send appointment reminders, quotes, invoices, and other service messages.
  • To send marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them.
  • To understand which marketing is working and to improve the Site and our services.
  • To prevent spam and fraud, keep the Site secure, and comply with our legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, customer management and scheduling software, phone, email, and text messaging providers, and payment processors. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
  • Subcontractors and suppliers. When needed to complete your project, for example a glass fabricator cutting to your measurements.
  • Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Boka Glass, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Boka Glass is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner, who must continue to honor this policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, other than the service providers that help us deliver our text messages.

4. Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your quote, appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates, and, where you have agreed to them, promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. 5. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, including to honor warranties on completed work and to meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

6. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

  • Texts: reply STOP to any text message.
  • Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in the email, or contact us.
  • Calls: ask us to stop calling and we will add you to our do-not-call list.
  • Your information: you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws.

8. Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date at the top of the page.
